A day at TrueCare

Seniors spend the morning, the afternoon or the whole day with other people, and activities vary from day to day.

Exercise
Chair yoga and leg exercises every day, for balance and stability.
Music
Sing-alongs and “Name that Tune”.
Current events and trivia
Talking over the news, and trivia and games.
Crafts
Craft projects that build fine motor skills.
Meals
Breakfast, a snack and drinks are provided; bring lunch or dinner, or order it.

It’s a social day program, not a medical program, and we’ll talk with you about whether it’s right for your loved one. Our guide explains how adult day care can help someone with dementia or Alzheimer’s.

Meet Carol

Carol Bottiglieri is TrueCare’s founder, owner and onsite director of daily activities. After nine years of caring for seniors one on one, she realized more needed to be done to help them socialize.

Absolutely beautiful place and concept. I will be bringing my parents to spend some time there. The owner Carol is wonderful!!
