For seniors with dementia or Alzheimer’s
We welcome seniors, especially those living with dementia or Alzheimer’s.
TrueCare is a social day program, not a medical program. We’ll talk with you about whether it’s right for your loved one.
Our guides explain how adult day care can help someone with dementia or Alzheimer’s and list questions for choosing an adult day program on Long Island.
Let me just start by saying that TrueCare has been a blessing to me and my family. My mother has Alzheimer’s and we were in need of finding a place that we and she would feel comfortable and this particular TrueCare [program] is not only a great place for her socially but the love and care she receives is outstanding.
